Somewhere is a pop-up café, in Red Hook, Brooklyn!
The idea behind Somewhere is pretty simple. We love coffee, we love tea, and we love to talk to people, make them happy, and give them something of quality that they can enjoy. We have worked in coffee shops for several years, and we have seen firsthand that for many people, their daily caffeine run is an important ritual. That ritual is an opportunity to decompress, socialize, find a peaceful moment in a hectic day. And it is a ritual best enjoyed when there is mutual appreciation and respect between the server and the customer.
Our notion is to share our love of coffee shops with others. Somewhere is a place to sit and chat, or quietly enjoy a cup of tea; to work or to rest; to focus or to be distracted; or just to pass through for a good cup of coffee. Everyone is welcome—in fact, we would love to have you.
